Helen Schmid brings Fortune 100 experience to your organization.

Helen is the founder of My Strategy Mentor. Prior to founding My Strategy Mentor in 2021, Helen was the Director of Marketing Strategy at Walmart, where she launched and led acquisition for the Walmart+ membership program. For over a decade, Helen incubated and scaled several new brands and led high-growth teams at Walmart, Amazon, L’Oreal, and many tech and e-commerce start-ups from seed-round to post-acquisition lifecycles. She has spoken at multiple conferences and was published in the Harvard Business Review. Helen is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business.

In 2020, Helen began volunteering as an advisor at a non-profit. This experience ignited a passion to help missional organizations grow, steward their resources well, and change the world – so My Strategy Mentor was born.
